Nulltrooper | Standard grunt, equipped with basic Tri-Shot and a knockback melee attack. They may be easy to take down, but they’re dangerous in large groups. |
![]() |
Jumpjet | A flying unit armed with a rocket launcher. They will dodge your attack while flying in the air and launching attacks from above. |
![]() |
Eradicator | A heavy unit with a large frontal shield, firing triple shots of plasma energy. Eradicators require flanking tactics to bypass their shield and deal damage effectively. |
![]() |
Elite Nulltrooper | A more advanced version of the Nulltrooper, these enemies fire volleys of sticky bombs with explosive impact and have greater health. They’re both tanky and hazardous up close, demanding quick elimination. |
![]() |
Elite Jumpjet | An upgraded version of the Jumpjet that drops mines mid-air and fires rocket barrages. With increased health, this unit is more resilient and unpredictable, making it a serious airborne threat. |

i know this hasn't been updated in a year and that makes me really worried this whole thing is cancelled but holy shit dude these are fantastic PvE Missions. If blizzard isn't gonna do it might as well leave it to the fans amirite? please continue these they are very fun, especially with other people (which is hard cause this community just does not want to play anything other than zombie survival missions or friendly servers but thats a seperate issue.)
Hey maks, if you have a discord can you please give it to me i wanna talk, and if you dont have i’ll say it here, so i got REALLY inspired your project and missions, and may i use your code if talents and enemy spawning to make my own missions? Fyi I already made one i just wanted to ask for perms
My discord: HattanJap
Did my first run and got 'Hardlocked' at the saving Theo objective (hacking the barrier around Theo thing).
I'm assuming this is a bug because enemies kept on spawning without a limit and this ended up with two bastion "guns" stuck in spawn and I couldn't progress.
However, the cutscenes were ok with a few grammatical errors in the dialogue, the vision of using bastion as a siege cannon is pretty interesting but looks janky. The talent Hud system and functionality is what excels the most here in terms of synergy between multiple talents.
I'm tempted to criticize more here but there would be too much to talk about unless you want me to spill the beans.
I'll release an update next week fixing most of the issues you listed, if there's anything else that you want me to improve, tell me.
In that case. I'll mainly be focusing on the issues across all your missions. For now i’ll just present the first big issue in these 2 messages:
1: The Enemies
The main issue I'm having here is trying to understand what the IDENTITY of the original null sector troops are. Are they meant to be full recreations or used as a template to make them your own?
If they are your own, I will leave it completely up to you on how to make them more unique over the course of each mission.
However, In the case that they are meant to be full recreations, they’re missing a lot of things:
Features of the enemies:
Regular and elite Nulltrooper are missing a knockback melee. Your elite Nulltrooper fires a consistent interval of firing a volley of projectiles when it’s meant to be a slow reload and a long burst attack (2 seconds roughly)
Regular Jumpjet doesn’t do a basic barrage (use the Pharah ammo exploit to make her shoot faster to act as the basic barrage) and both the regular and elite Jumpjet don't do a dash attack.
Artillery is missing its special attack of unleashing a volley of rockets when its enemies are far away enough and is missing its ground pound move when it loses all of its guns.
The Breacher doesn’t have clear enough animations or sound cues for when it’s approaching the objective and when it’s about to blow up.
The Slicers are missing their chain reaction mechanic when they die - when one slicer dies and explodes, it deals some damage and knockback to its own allies within a small radius.
The Stalker is done pretty well. It’s only missing the fact that once all the drones are destroyed, it cannot repair itself.
The Eradicator should be stunned when the shield is destroyed.
Missing enemy:
The Charger is only seen once and is limited to being an elite version in Midtown. You could make a regular version by only having Mauga act as the charger entirely. His guns can act like the charger’s minigun, the charge can be an overrun but without the stomp function. The slam can be a stationary stomp with his overrun.
Note: the enemies not mentioned here are the Vulture, Titan, subjugator. This is because they have no major issues or some of the issues cannot be fixed due to workshop limitations.
Okay, that's a lot but that's a good thing. I will try to work with that and ship out an update. Also if you have some time to spare, could you go over each mission and tell me what can I improve in that mission?
I think you might like this to use as your artillery enemy:

If I have the time, I’ll try to
FINALLLLY next kings row or cicurt royal (talon) plzzzzz
