Better Ball

Wrecking Ball has been reworked into a Damage hero
Be sure to comment suggestions/bugs! Wrecking Ball ha not been playtested very much so he might be to ovepowered (don't say "nerf ball", instead say "nerf grapple cooldown").
Size decreased by 25%
Health decreased from 700 to 300
Now it's more obvious when realoading while rolling
Wrecking Ball is now better at countering Sombra's Hack: hack cooldown increased, does not deactivate Numbness or Adaptive Damage (does prevent activation if hacked before the button press) and does not prevent Hamster's Adrenaline effects
Range decreased from 23 to 17 meters
Now uses charges (max charges: 5; start with 0; gain 1 every 5 seconds)
Cooldown increased by 2 seconds
Disabled (you are still able to toggle roll by grappling / shooting)
Automatically starts when reloading

Using the ability prevents receiving healing or damage
After that, all acumulated damage and healing will be dealt, without killing the player
Why? Wrecking Ball is going numb from all that rolling around the map

Increases damage dealt by the amount of players nearby (similar to Adaptive Shields)
New passive
Every time you earn an elimination you instantly reload your weapon
Every time you deal a final blow you heal 75 health
