Aim Routine 🎯

Aim training routine you can playthrough as warmup and use a spreadsheet to track your progress or compete for the high score. There are two default routines available which have dynamic starting difficulty for each scenario: normal (12mins) and rapid (6mins). Routine consists of six scenarios in three different modes:
Flicking mode, you need to eliminate the targets as fast as possible
Tracking mode, you need to keep your crosshair on the sphere
Challenge mode, you are put under pressure to perform

Suggestion on how to use the mode:

1. Start with normal/rapid mode until you are comfortable with every scenario
2. Once you are happy with your result go to workshop settings and set starting levels for each mode according to your results. Save as a preset so you don't need to change them every time. Setting the starting levels allows you to track your progress more accurately between all the scenarios.
3. Start the game and select Custom up top

More detailed information:

Dynamic mode

Flicking 1 has no difficulty difference, elims per minute is converted into your level. Flicking 2 starts with the level you achieved in the previous round. After that each rounds starting level is -2 from the previous round. Your combined average level in the end is time weighted which in default settings gives challenge mode 2x the importance, challenge mode combines all the skills and puts the player under pressure to perform.

Rapid mode

All round durations and requirements to get to the next level are halved, all scenarios were initially balanced for normal mode, it is a bit easier to get to the higher levels in some scenarios in rapid mode.

All scenarios

Flicking 1
Bots stay still, your level is converted from your elims per minute, there is no difficulty difference or starting level, crits are worth 34% more.
Flicking 2
Bots will move back to cover after x seconds, higher level -> bots hide faster, you level up if you have killed x amount of more bots that have been able to hide, crits are worth 34% more.
Tracking 1
Sphere size gets smaller until Level 15
Bots change direction more often until Level 18
Accuracy requirement to gain progress is 50% for Levels 1-18 and increases each level after 18
The game mode checks if you cursor is on the sphere 50 times per second.
Tracking 2
Added moving requirement: you can't stay still for X seconds or move in the same direction for X seconds, also you need to dodge Firestrikes.
Challenge 1
If you get an elimination or destroy the tire your gun reloads, you are allowed to use the hero abilities available. If your health gets reduced to 1 everyone is healed to full, gun reloads and you go down a level.
Timer is reduced each level
You need to dodge Firestrikes starting level 2, Rocks at level 6, time between abilities gets lower until level 30
You need to destroy Junkrat tires starting level 8, time between tires gets lower until level 21
You need to manage Mines starting level 12, time between mines gets lower until level 30
Challenge 2 is same but with different hero

High scores

You can see the rank 1 score from Normal and Rapid mode inside the game. To be eligible for the high scores you need to have all default settings in the workshop settings (loading the code JEENZ will set everything to default). If you beat the current high score the mode will show you a message and if you post a screenshot of your result in my discord I will update the high scores.

Infinite mode

You can practice any scenario.

Workshop settings

You can customize the mode to your needs, change the round duration or set custom starting levels. The mode is only balanced for Cassidy and Soldier, if you change the heroes you might need to make some changes to the hero settings to make them usable, change ability cooldowns, ultimate gain, clip size etc, Accuracy stats also might not show correctly.
