Aim training: Flicking 🎯
Aim training mode designed to test and improve your flicking aim with two different modes, default chill mode and more challenging mode with difficulty auto adjusting based on your performance.. The best way to play this mode:
- Pick hero like Cassidy
- Stay in the small starting circle where you are teleported at start
- Start shooting at bots with default settings
- Or switch to more challenging mode with dynamic difficulty where the peekers move
This mode was previously known as Aim training Peekers & Jumpers, rebranded for new Junkertown version as Aim training: Flicking. Rest of this page has not been updated but all the options should still work.
Menu
You can enable and disable additional targets by interacting with the in-game menu. As a default your damage is set to 4000% which makes you always one shot the bots, if you wish to deal normal damage you can select "1X" or "1.25X" damage for Mercy boosted damage. You can also hold the reload button to change your hero.
Peekers
Peeker difficulty auto adjust based on your performance, reducing the time the bots stay still after peeking the better you are doing, this works up to 4 players shooting at the peekers. Top difficulty on the hud shows the highest peeker difficulty you have reached during the session. If you are playing alone and only shooting at the high ground or low ground bots, you can disable the other for the dynamic difficulty to work more accurately. On difficulty 1 the bots stay still for 1 second and on difficulty 20 the bots won't stop moving.
Jumpers, Runners
You can enable the Jumpers: Leaping Winston, Slamming Doomfist, Dashing Genji, Grappling Widow and Running Soldier from the menu. Shooting or not shooting at these bots have no effect on the peeker difficulty setting.
Flyers
When enabled Mercy and Pharah will spawn, if Pharah dies an Echo instantly spawns and vice versa. Flyers can't be enabled when there are more than 3 players in the game because of workshop limits. Shooting or not shooting at these bots have no effect on the peeker difficulty setting.
