Lucioball rebuild with a few changes;

• Heal Aura attracts the ball
• Amped-Up Heal has priority
• Primary Fire is enabled and deals minor knockback to the ball
• Uses Control/Arcade maps (only a select few working so far)
• Ult increases movement/jump/cooldown speed
