Lucioball rebuild with a few changes;
- Heal Aura attracts the ball
- Amped-Up Heal has priority
- Primary Fire is enabled and deals minor knockback to the ball
- Uses Control/Arcade maps (only a select few working so far)
- Ult increases movement/jump/cooldown speed
