rpg with factions (no longer maintained)

this was made in ow1. the workshop bugs introduced in ow2 break some features but the core game is still mostly playable.
i uploaded this for anyone to reuse the code.

known issues (highly unlikely that i'll bother to fix them)
- some rules won't activate because their conditions are chased variables
- some heroes' max ammo is 0 as their get max ammo actions are broken
- hud overlap issues
- the devs still have not fixed that annoying small message text padding bug
