What is Soldier: X?
Soldier: X is a 7 player, Soldier: 76 only, FFA, RPG game mode where you can level up and choose different talents that will change the way you play and make you stronger each level. Each playthrough is unique because the talents offered in the shop are randomized!

How to play:
- Get experience by dealing damage, getting kills or picking up XP orbs that players drop on death by walking near them.
- Get enough experience until you level up. The yellow bar at the top of your screen represents the amount of XP.
- To enter the shop, use your Hearthstone ability which can be used by holding the reload button. You automatically enter the shop if you die with enough experience.
- When inside the shop, navigate the shop by pressing primary fire button and secondary fire button. Choose 1 out of 3 offered talents by holding the interact button.
- Some talents have extra instructions on how to use them which can be seen in the top left hand side of the screen.
- Continue to level up and choose talents and upgrades.
- First to score 100 kills wins!
Talents:
[Purity Field]
- Activate to exit combat, become immune and increase your healing received. Can not use damage abilities while immune. Can be used to be able to escape with Hearthstone, enter Stealth or heal yourself with bandage without getting interrupted.
[Cybernetics]
- Add permanent shields to your health. Shields regenerate automatically and can't be healed with healing abilities. Shields start regenerating when you exit combat.
[Soul Harvest]
- Picking up XP orbs will heal you. Combine with a talent that increase your mobility to reach orbs faster than others!
[Poisonous Dagger]
- Your melee in stealth will debuff your target with a poison that deal damage after 5s.
[Stealth]
- Enter stealth when crouching out of combat. Melee from stealth will stun the target. Taking damage or using damage dealing abilities will break stealth.
[Juggernaut]
- Activate to start sprinting. Hitting a player will stun them and pick them up. Hitting a wall will damage players around you. When using the ability: Immune to knockback and slows.
[Dive Bomb]
- Gain the ability to dive down on players from the air. Targets hit will be knocked away and take damage. Must be activated at least 3m above the ground. Damage and knockback is increased the longer you stay in air (up to 1s).
[Cryogenics]
- Your secondary fire will slow enemies. Affected targets can't use sprint.
[Railgun]
- Replace your secondary fire with a railgun attachment. Railgun will count as your secondary fire. Hitscan ability. Headshots will deal double damage.
[Grim Reaper]
- See low-health players. Cast to project yourself to your target.
[Jetpack]
- Equip a Jetpack that will let you fly. Combine with Dive Bomb to more easily do heavy damage. Flying in stealth makes no sound.
[Lifesteal Ammo]
- A percentage of the damage you deal with primary fire or secondary fire will heal you.
[Health Regen]
- Passively regenerate health over time.
[Health Potions]
- Buy 3 Health Potions. Each potion vial refills one at a time each 15s. Heals you over 2s and the heal of the each potion stack.
[Ignite]
- A percentage of the damage you deal with secondary fire also deals fire damage over time.
[Overclock]
- Reduces the cooldown of Railgun.
[Shadowstep]
- Leap in any direction, become invisible and invulnerable for 0.5s.
[Burning Soul]
- Deal damage to nearby, visible players when not sprinting. Enemies take damage from your XP orb if picked up before 4s
[Berserker]
- Activate to Deal 25% more damage and receive 10% more damage temporarily.
[Fireball]
- Install a weapon attachment that will let you launch fireballs.
[Ignore Pain]
- Resist a lot of damage while you are casting, reloading, sprinting or stunned.
[Bandage]
- Instantly clear all your debuffs and heal yourself up over 10s. Reduces movement speed. Interrupted if taking damage. Can not remove stuns.
[Pyromaniac]
- Your Fireball will heal you if you stand near the explosion radius.
[Alchemist]
- Reduces the cooldown of your Health Potions and gives you a chance to pick up another when picking up XP Orbs.
[Gigachad]
- Increase your health, knockback & headshot resistance, but slightly increase your size.

Can you add an endless mode?

I have tried having an Endless Mode and I even had it being optional for a while, but it has been removed. Mainly because I'm limited to how much code I can put into one game mode and I believe we get more value if I have space to add more interesting talents. I want to have a win condition and I want to let new players start on even ground with everyone else. It's also refreshing to change map from time to time.
