Lasso (or: roadhog's hook with gravity)

have you ever played mccree or ashe and really wanted to throw a lasso for no reason???? of course you haven't no one wants that

well now you can have a weird version of a lasso (alternative name: Roadhog's Hook with Gravity) who doesnt like gravity?
press F (interact) to summon a lasso that will float above you
Melee to throw the lasso
if you hit someone with it the target will get stunned and will be pulled towards you.

i've never seen a lasso so i have no idea if this is accurate
