An alternative gamemode made by a 13 year-old on school holidays. I'm still working on my lore accurate/realistic Overwatch ever since I made that reddit post. I did this in like 2 hours in the night when I first posted it so I was pretty tired.
I have taken most of the Defeat the Demon Lord code and made it into a hybrid gamemode instead. I've changed the coding slightly and added new additions like The Demon Lord turning bigger when ulting. I've also added Zenyatta and will be adding Echo.
The payload capture point speed is 20% faster and no hero role limits!
NEW CHANGES TO HEROES V.2
Reinhardt the Demon Lord

Move speed is 120%
Damage is 145%
Gains 100hp on elimination
While charging, enemies in a 5m radius get set on fire for 3 seconds, dealing 20 damage.
Now shoots an additional 2 firestrikes in a horizontal spread (Similar to Genji's alternative fire) but it can't go through enemies
Ultimate now affects enemies in a sphere and gives Reinhardt an additional 50% speed boost and 50% damage boost for 10 seconds.
Ult generation is reduced to 70% (Last version was 50%) except for combat generation which is still 100%
When ulting, Rein turns twice as big and heals 500 of his health (and should be slower but I'm working that one out still)
HEROES
Junkerqueen, Queen of the Gladiator Grounds

Move speed is now 130%
Carnage slows Reinhardt for the duration of the bleed. Does not stack with other slows.
Orisa the GR-iffon

You can fly using Javelin Spin while mid-air (similar to the April Fools update) but cooldown is increased to 140% (10 seconds)
Team mates can now ride on a friendly Orisa by holding interact close to her. To dismount you hold the crouch and jump button at the same time (Disabled because of an unintended bug).
Tracer the Adventurer, Knight, you name it

No changes YET 😉
Echo the Slime Queen

No changes yet but I'm planning to add slime clones for something like when she dies.
Captain Genji the Royal Guard

Dragonblade increases health to 400 for its duration and slows down Reinhardt for 2 seconds each time he damages him
Ult combat and passive generation is now 120% each and Dragonblade duration is increased to 160% (10 seconds)
Torbjörn the Dwarven Giant

Massive rework!
Torb's health is increased to 150% (375 hp total) and size is increased to 1.25.
Since turret health scales with player health, turret cooldown is x2.
Primary weapon is disabled but to compensate, hammer damage is increased by 50% (82 damage in total).
Mei the Alchemist

Planning to make changes so she is more lile an alchemist like when she dies she heals players around her
Kiriko the Rouge

Now throws a smoke bomb at her location BEFORE she teleports and turns invisible for 2 seconds. Smoke bomb works with allies too if they are in the smoke bomb when Kiriko uses it (Code not mine).
Lifeweaver the Rizzful Cleric

Infinite ammo for both primary and secondary.
Lúcio the Bard

Ultimate now damages enemies in a 30 meter radius. Note that I'm not sure if it works.
Zenyatta the Royal Astronomer

Move speed is now 130%

i feel like zenyatta should have some spell attacks or something to go with his theme

You could use the attatch command to let others ride orisa as a horsey/griffin(allow orisa to fly/lower gravity)

Alrights here's some ideas for hero perks.
Mei is an alchemist so she can either have an extra ability or you can replace an ability. This new ability requires you to select a potion type like healing, damage, speed, CC resistance, etc. Then once a potion is chosen, you have to aim at a person then melee to give the potion (must be within 4 meters) and the potion will activates its buff for a limited time.
torb can be reworked into a tank and have his hammer to be his main weapon only. (budget reinhardt be like)
here's some stat changes that might fit if you go with this idea for torb
Health: 200%
size: 1.25
damage: 150%
(and i just realised after 9 hours that you have basically 0 coding experience with the workshop and your 13... and here i thought i was the youngest workshop dev that makes proper modes.)
Yeah I'm not well versed in coding enough to do the Mei idea but the Torb rework I can definetely do! Thanks for the feedback and ideas!

i'm actually 15 so i guess i'm not that far off of being a young developer.
i will also give you a hint on how to do the mei idea.
it involves variables and creating in what i would call a "scroll selector" or something.

also to make him slower, use set move speed to change his speed however slow you want to do it and then after he is no longer enraged, set the speed back to 100
