Adjustable Overhead Camera by IvanIV#1302

This is an overhead camera system I developed for my Moira Orb Trainer utility. I'm releasing it separately here as a modder's resource. The camera is fully controllable and does not follow the player. It could be useful for taking top-down screenshots of maps, or perhaps you can find some other use for it in your own game modes. Feel free to use it as you see fit.
CONTROLS
- Press INTERACT to activate/deactivate the overhead camera.
- While activated, use the movement keys to adjust the camera's position.
- Use ABILITY 1 (Shift) and CROUCH to adjust the camera's height.
- Press ULTIMATE to reset the camera to its default position.
