The Overwatch channel from Blizzconline gave us some information on how the team is experimenting with combat changes in OW2, such as Role Passives. For fun, I decided to make a Workshop code with some of these changes implemented.
If I'm missing anything, let me know in the comments!
NOTE: The numbers used were chosen based on the Blizzconline stream and do not reflect the final balance of OW2.

Reinhardt |
* Firestrike holds two ability charges. |

* Charge cooldown lowered from 10 to 8 seconds. |
|
* Charge can now be cancelled manually by pressing the corresponding ability key. |
|
* Reinhardt can steer easily while charging. |
|
* Barrier field health lowered by 800 (from 1600 to 800). |
Winston |
* Max health increased by 50 (from 500 to 550). |
|
* Barrier projector health lowered by 50 (from 700 to 650). |
|
* Primal Rage max health increased by 50 (from 1000 to 1050). |
| Role Passives |
* Tanks have reduced knockback and give less ultimate charge when taking damage. |
|
* DPS have a movement speed bonus. |
|
* Supports heal after a short duration of not taking damage. |

I post some things you could add or change in another comment.
-OW2 seems to be 5vs5 with 1 tank/brawler 2 damage 2 support
-also 2 cp maps should be disabled
