Lifeweaver Overcharged Blossoms

Lifeweaver is able to overcharge his healing blossoms. If a healing blossom is charged past the 1.15 seconds of max charge, then it counts as overcharge (up to a maximum of 0.85 seconds extra, for 2 seconds of charge time in total.) Overcharged Healing Blossoms apply a 30% damage buff, with a duration equal to twice the overcharge time. This means the buff will last for a maximum of 1.7 seconds, if Lifeweaver's Healing Blossom is charged for 2 seconds. Lifeweaver is unable to apply this buff when his ultimate is active.
