Lifeweaver Passive Concept: Chorine

Lifeweaver is one of the most balanced characters in the entire game. However, compared to other heroes, he is quite underwhelming. While Lifeweaver is currently in a good spot, it doesn't change the fact that he still needs something. Other support heroes usually have some sort of offensive utility either from damage boost, anti-nade, or speed boost. Lifeweaver is the only hero that doesn't have an offensive utility. To fix this, I decided to make this passive ability called 'Choride'.
