Widowmaker Deathmatch (Hardscope Nerf) Edition

A widowmaker deathmatch mode that focuses more on doing more fast paced scope style gameplay instead of stationary style.
-When scoping for five seconds, the player will gain a 50% damage decrease debuff
(When the player unscopes, damage will be reset back to normal)
-Eliminations grants the player a HPS of 20 for five seconds. (This can be turned off in settings)
-Ultimate heals the player as well. (This can be turned off in settings)
