Classic Gun Game - Sierra Update

Classic style gun game mode, get a kill to swap to the next hero. Standard damage and cooldowns on all characters, tanks have open queue health, 200% ult gen to help if you get stuck on a hero. Goes through all 51 current heroes (up to Sierra).
