Press Interact To Use Halt! It Will Go Into A 6s Cooldown After The Pull Is Triggered, However The Cooldown Is Not Displayed Anywhere.

The Halt! Will Start A 3 Second Assist On Pulled Targets And Give Credit For Enviomental Kills For A Duration Unknown (I Think Until They Touch The Ground)

This Is Not Meant To Be Used As A Stand-Alone Code It Is Here For People To Copy (Edit Binding And Cooldown) And Then Using It In Their Codes Instead Of Making It Themselves.
