Infinite stairs (with highest player camera + money multiplier) *updated*

Good old 'bastion' infinite stairs.
Options :
Buy Endurance with money
Multiply Money (x1, x1.5, x2 ...) by changing heroes (showing on top right)
Watch the current highest player (someone need to be higher than 15 to work)
NEW
No more NPC = 2 more slots for players to come in
No more need to click interact to watch highest player, be on the circle is enough (be carrefull, going in make you do a barrel roll, so go straight toward to quit or right-click)
New auto-train, click once & chill
You can now properly reset your position to the center from anywhere by pressing right-click (canceling your run if any)
