Simple 5V5 (1 Tank, Quick Play ruleset, no 2CP)

Very simple, prevents picking more than 1 tank per team.
Tanks only become available after Assembling Heroes phase finishes, this is because you can't check which heroes have been picked until they have spawned.
Uses default Quick Play ruleset for Escort, Hybrid and Control maps.
Assault maps are removed since they will not be in Overwatch 2.
I have not modified any other game mode elements, hero stats or abilities
