Chill or Kill (Version 2.0)

I've been playing a lot of Chill or Kill lately in Custom Games. As a mod/owner of the lobby it was becoming increasingly frustrating that there were so many mod powers that I didn't care about, making it a pain to cycle through all the menus to get to the part I wanted. Also, I was also getting tired of explaining the unspoken rules (no killing from the chill zone, don't spam vocal lines over and over, and the obvious leave chillers alone). Lastly, I was tired of the server crashing within 10 minutes and having to start the whole lobby setup process again (assigning mods/co-owners, spawning a safe zone, giving access to the safe zone, etc). So I decided to take the existing code ŦǾȐƁĴŎȐŊ and ĖSCANØR made and make it more user-friendly IMO.
Here are the changes I made:
Added basic rules to the top of the page
Removed about half of the mod powers I found unnecessary (forcing a character on someone, turning heroes invisible, drawing smoke, etc)
Moved the mod powers around so that the initial setup process was easier to cycle to
Removed the Torb boost that was written in
Increased the damage of a Superhero from 250% to 1500%
(Minor) Modified most of the titles and such to a Game of Thrones theme
Changed the border around the owner and co-owners to be color shifting like the menu number at the top left of the screen
Fixed: List that populates all of the co-owners in the lobby
