Caotic Hide and Seek [Teleport with Q] PLACEHOLDER CODE

Caotic Hide and Seek, is as in the title is Hide and Seek but with a twist! Teleporting through walls with Q/Ult. This means through walls, roofs, floors, and props! While similar to Glitched H&S this allows for better control, and stretigic thinking! For you have a limited amount of Teleports! But you do regain them over time. While yes it is still WIP it functions fairly well! The only rules ATM is Spray in the normal map, can see it from spot, and Seekers can get to you (Though that is getting fixed as soon as possible).
