Inspired by Team Fortress 2's Market Gardener

Torb can rocket jump, and when he's in the air, his hammer one-shots everything. Rocket jumping and air strafing inspired by TF2 and the Source engine.

Supports both turn-based (the default) and everyone-plays-at-once modes.
