Thanos Snapped

Thanos snapped his fingers and randomly removed half of the hero roster. Balanced, as all things should be.

A simple game mode with the following rules:

At the start of each match, 16 heroes will be randomly disabled.
Due to the nature of the snap, role limits have been removed as it is possible to end up with a pool containing no tanks or healers.
The game defaults to normal modes, but the code works with any mode (i.e. Death Match, Elimination, Capture the Flag, etc.)

Code exists for anyone to use in any mode.
