Thanos Snapped

Thanos snapped his fingers and randomly removed half of the hero roster. Balanced, as all things should be.
A simple game mode with the following rules:
- At the start of each match, 16 heroes will be randomly disabled.
- Due to the nature of the snap, role limits have been removed as it is possible to end up with a pool containing no tanks or healers.
- The game defaults to normal modes, but the code works with any mode (i.e. Death Match, Elimination, Capture the Flag, etc.)
Code exists for anyone to use in any mode.
