RGB Color Cycle for Text/Effects

RGB Cycle for text/effects! It uses 3 global variables, one for each primary color (Red, Green, and Blue). Each variable is chased in a specific sequence so that the RGB code/color constantly changes/cycles.
This color can be used for text/effects by setting the color to Custom Color and then matching each color with the matching global variable.
