Lootbox Simulator, formerly known as “Buy Heroes to Win” (originally “Compre heróis para vencer”), is a free-for-all game mode in which players must unlock heroes, upgrades, and talents through loot boxes. Earn credits by eliminating enemies and contesting objectives, and be the first to reach 10,000 credits to win. Credits to Alo’s Cursor by Alomare.

This gamemodes supports AI Bots that can buy items (heroes/upgrades) and use powerups like players. They even have custom names! Consider adding some bots when starting a match with only 1-2 players, and remove them when other players start joining.
First Lootboxes
When first joining a match, you receive a welcome pack: 500 credits to open your first loot boxes and unlock starting heroes to start the match. Remember to choose a hero of your choice obtained from lootboxes before spawning.
Main Menu
When entering a match for the first time, the main menu will appear. In the menu, you can switch heroes and check which heroes you own in the "Inventory", change upgrades at any time in the "Upgrades" menu, open loot boxes in the "Loot Box" menu, you can ban, prioritize, or purchase powerup tweaks in the "Powerups" menu, and modify preferences in the "Preferences" menu.
This menu can only be accessed after dying.
Heroes
Heroes in this gamemode needs to be unlocked through lootboxes. There is currently 6 rarities (the rarest one is obtained only leveling up your hero to max level) that is:
- Common (-20% of damage and speed. -20% of knockback dealt. +30 Tenacity.)
- Uncommon (-2% of damage and speed. +10 Tenacity)
- Rare (+10% of knockback dealt. +5 Tenacity.)
- Epic (+5% of damage and speed. +20% of knockback dealt. +2 Tenacity.)
- Legendary (+10% of damage and speed. +20% of knockback dealt.)
- Mythic (+15% of damage and speed. +30% of knockback dealt.)
Loot boxes
There is currently 5 different lootboxes, for different uses. Higher lootboxes rarities increases higher chances of getting higher heroes rarities.

Upgrades
Upgrades can be equiped to enhance your hero. Can be unlocked through lootboxes. There are 5 types of upgrades, listed below:

- Talents are unlocked through lootboxes as well, but only for your current hero when opening a loobox.
You can equip only 1 upgrade per type.
Upgrades can be enhanced to mythic version.
Tenacity is an attribute that reduces the effectiveness or duration of enemies powerups/talents affecting directly you. Consider increasing it if enemies are using CC powerups often.

Talent Upgrades:
Talents are unique for each hero and can be unlocked through lootboxes. Note that you can only get talents from your current hero through lootboxes.
Powerups
Powerup is a consumable item that does something. You can buy and use powerups pressing the ultimate button. Ultimate now are a powerup as well, obtained when reaching 100% charge. Buying a ultimate as powerup have no cost of energy. You can see more info about each powerup in-game in the Powerup section on menu.
Energy
Energy is a resource used to buy powerups and use with gadgets. It is generated over time and dealing damage to enemies.
Powerup Tweaks
Powerup Tweak is an upgrade to your powerups, that can be unlocked with Tweak Shards. Tweak Shards are obtainable from drops from enemies, contesting objectives and lootboxes.
For now, not all powerups have an tweak yet.
Priorization and Ban
You can Prioritize or Ban 3 powerups each.
You have 30% chance of buying an prioritized powerup. Increases 10% chance for each prioritized powerup.
Banned Powerups are excluded from Powerup buy list.
Objectives
Capture Points
Occasionally, an objective may appear on the map. Contesting the objective grants 10 credits and 0.2 tweak shards per second. The amount of credits earned is distributed among the players within the objective area.
Eliminating Enemies
Eliminating an enemy grants 110 credits. The amount of credits awarded for an elimination is distributed proportionally among all players who contributed to it.
For example, consider a Zarya with 400 health:
Baptiste deals 300 damage.
Tracer deals 100 damage and secures the elimination.Baptiste receives 83 credits.
Tracer receives 28 credits.
