Transformers (Echo Ult for everyone)

Free Echo ultimate for everyone! No matter what hero you choose (including Echo), you can briefly transform into any other hero by pressing Interact. Simply pick your first hero as your transform target, then change hero into the one you actually want to play.

Mechanism for transform is similar to Echo's Duplicate ultimate, with a few differences:

• You get to choose the hero to transform into. It does not have to be an enemy hero.
• The ultimate charge of the transformed character is kept until the next time you transform to the same character.
• You get full HP of the transform target (not capped at 300)
• Ultimate generation while transforming is roughly equal to 200% instead of 650%
• Deployed abilities and projectiles disappear immediately after the transformation ends
