Tracer Bot Aim Practice + 1 sources

This is a very simple Training mode where a Tracer bot spawns with semi realistic movement.
I mainly made it to practice my tracer vs tracer tracking but it can be used to practice fighting tracer on any hero.

The code is based on PMAJellies Practice Range 2.2 from which it has only slightly been adapted and will probably be improved in the future.
