Mercy Rework
Resurrect
- Moved back to Ultimate
- Remains single target, no longer has a cast time
- Once completed, you will have a 15 second window to perform another Resurrect
- Each use resets the cooldown of Guardian Angel
- Targets are revived at half health, and recover the rest over 10 seconds
Torchbearer: New E ability
- 20 second cooldown
- Cooldown recharges twice as fast for 10 seconds after using Resurrect, as long as the resurrected target is alive
- Upon activation, heals all allies within 15 meters by half of their missing health, and cleanses them of stuns
- Enemies within LoS will have their damage reduced by 50% for 2.25 seconds
- Briefly allows usage of Guardian Angel with no target

- No longer prevents movement
- Drains 20 ammo per second while in use (in addition to ammo usage), ends when running out of ammo (cannot reload)
- Damage decreased by 30%
- Now has a 10s cooldown
- Damage reduction replaced with 100 armor
- Transforming back into Recon is now instant

- Replaces Configuration: Tank
- Shoot 3 spots on the map from an overhead view to drop artillery strikes that deal 300 damage in a 6 meter radius

- Cooldown decreased from 12 to 10s
