Just an addon that can be easily implimented into your game. All you need to do is apply the vector location you want the stationary version of the randomizer to appear in or if you want them all separated apply vectors in GAMESTATE as desired. Highly commented to help understand flow, I wrote this out in a couple of hours to help a fellow gamer out, so there may a problem that didnt show it's face with the little testing I did perform. Please let me know of any issues that arrise. This is very light weight, load/load average/load peak can be seen at the top right of the video. The entities do not get destroyed by default instead they're hidden. If you set a variable in GAMESTATE "KeepOrbsActive" to FALSE, once shot they will be destroyed completely.

There are 2 examples in this code.
1: Individual orbs you can place around the map. All you will need to do is set the vector locations in GAMESTATE rule.
2: Single flipping randomizer orb, to change the location of the orb spawn change the vector located in EXAMPLE2 rule.
