Better Support Symmetra

Changes from Experimental:

Secondary fire replaced with healing beam; deals 40h/s and applies 15 tempShield/s up to 50.

Teleporter cooldown halved, teleporter lifetime reduced to 10 seconds


The teleporter changes (a revert to 2018) give Sym more utility in battle and discourages the 'leave the teleporter at the door' playstyle which is both overly powerful and kind of boring. Putting the teleporter on a time limit means that it is more likely to be available for clutch plays such as escaping gravs and bombs; idealy the deployment would be faster to aid this.

The healing beam provides good sustain for a short time at the cost of ammo, with the over-heal providing coverage during reloads and allowing her to pre-heal the team. This has replaced Secondary rather than Primary to bring her into a more unified short-range playstyle (similar to Brig), as well as giving her kit a defined 'beam queen' theme.

Keeping her beam attack also allows her to teleporter-dance in combat more effectively (promoing more kit synergy).

I have always felt that, while there is no version of Sym that I havn't enjoyed playing, she makes more sense in the Support role character-wise (being an agent of order it seems strange for her to be offence heavy and the majority of her kit is support-like)
With some further tweaks to the Sentries and a potential rework of her damage beam to act more like Moira's I believe she would be a welcome re-addition to an under represented role.
