OW Community Perks v0.9

Made a bunch of perks for heroes for fun and I've done a decent amount of bug testing, so it should be playable without much issue. It's meant to be played for regular QP/Ranked game modes.

Recommendation is 5v5, since this game mode adds some bots, which could possibly overfill the roster and break.
1 tank, 2 dps, 2 support.

Each hero has at least one modded ability, some have 2-4. Some are lacking, but that's why its v0.9.

I could list every hero ability but I'll just say a few.

Cassidy can throw a lasso on someone.
Cassidy can also create a smoke screen and all allies inside are invisible.
Ashe rides a beast mount.
Roadhog can use his hook to get on high ground and belly flop smash (poison cloud coming later update).
Bastion is a robotic parasite and attaches himself to allies.
Symmetra can place an advanced teleporter for her team.
Illari can call down air strikes.
Mercy can apply a shield bubble on allies or give them burning damage.
Tracer can noclip blinks.
Soldier can fly.
Reaper can pull enemies to him.
Hanzo can control a flying bomb arrow.
Winston can grab allies and enemies and throw them, does different things if its ally or enemy.
Torbjorn can summon baby winstons.
Venture can pull enemies underground.
Widowmaker has sticky grapple and slows enemies she is looking at.
Mauga rides a ball of doom.
Ana has rapid fire.
Reinhardt can jump during charge and when landing makes an explosion and more.
Mei is an ice climber.
Zenyatta can charge up holy bombs and spirit dash.
