This a small workshop mode which you can use to make arc shots on your hero with a 3rd-person view camera (similarly as what we can already do with the replay viewer). You could use this workshop for example to record video clips or make really good screenshot in a custom game with the map of your choice.
Press [Interact] button to open the menu and get the list of shortcuts that you can use to move the camera in orbit to the player.
