Hi! Very fun mode!! Although I think a recent update has made it a lot harder/easier in some ways: It's subtle so I could be mistaken but I think the new Overwatch passive every hero gets that regenerates health over time after a couple seconds of not taking damage might be having a big unintended impact on this mode.

So if bosses/enemies don't take damage then they start healing. This makes the crawl through areas of normal enemies really easy as you can just heal forever outside of combat between fights, and it can make bosses really hard and take a long time because unless you're constantly dealing damage they're healing a lot more than the damage you're dealing, but you also heal a lot if you don't take constant damage too so the bossfights just last ages until you learn and optimize the fight.

I haven't tried it but think this could be fixed with a general rule for everyone that if you aren't at full health and you haven't taken damage for [just under however long you need to not take damage for the passive to kick in], then you take a very small amount of damage (less than 1hp, maybe you instantly heal it back up too?). This could get very annoying though, as the hero will probably still grunt as if having taken damage every time... I hope/wish there's a setting to just turn this passive off in one of the custom game settings.
