Orisa changes:
Energy Blade [OR14] / Stun Baton [OR15] / aka "DELIVER" (new ability):
- press F to knock an enemy down
- striking an enemy hero grants one charge of Fortify speed boost
- deals 50 damage
- cooldown: 15 seconds
Fortify:
- 50% speed boost after a successful Energy Blade strike
Shield Supercharger (new ultimate):
- creates a protective dome that provides full damage & status resistances
- enemy heroes shall not pass through
- can only be destroyed by Sombra's EMP
- lasts 12 seconds
Police Brutality (new passive):
- 20% more damage against knocked down heroes
No hero limits: 42PFH
