• Almost all of the OW2 Beta Tweaks

• Heal on Kill
• Reset Cooldowns when you Respawn
• Supports Heal over Time

  Non-OW2 Tweaks

• Ashe ammo has increased, because its just annoying to reload her gun

• Soldier biotic field and helix rocket cooldown increased, because he needs it

• Hog and Zarya healing nerfed, because they are tanks

• Torb overload duration reduced slightly and cooldown increased slightly, because its pretty strong
