[Utility] Custom Role Limits

This code is used as utility for Workshop creators. To put it simply, it allows you to customize the limit of each role, from 1 player up to 5.

For example, you could have a team made up of 2 damage, 3 support, and 1 tank.

Built surrounding the basic 6v6 mode, but should work with more players.

This was created on the PTR, and is not guarenteed to work on the live servers.
