Mercy superjump trainer for (almost) every map!
Spawn a bot on your team that will die and stay dead once spawned. Hold Interact (PS4 = L3, PC = F) to move the soul around. You can use this to practice superjump into cheeky areas and rez safely in common teamfight areas.

Jump
This is the order to do a SJ (superjump). You'll need to use GA (guardian right after the crouch). Jump when you feel like your character is going up :)
