Buffs rotate every twenty seconds, and each time applies a new random buff onto all heroes. Spin the wheel, and watch chaos ensue!
Take a look at the Workshop Settings card in the Game Settings to see all the buffs available. Buffs can be toggled on or off freely - you can play with just one of them, or with all of them!
