Overwatch Classic Launch + Ana

I used Workshop code to enable Ana in the "Overwatch Classic: Golden" (Overwatch 2016 Launch) event game mode, and recreated Ana's initial release balance to the best of my ability

If you have any suggestions on how I could make this more accurate, I would be happy to implement them and update the code <3
