Weeping Angels Vs Survivor

There are two teams

Weeping Angels and the Survivors.
(4 v 8)(PvP)

If a survivor looks at a weeping angel, the angel cannot move (Except to Melee).
The survivor must survive for 3 minutes to win, The angels have 3 minutes to kill every survivor.
When a survivor dies they become an angel.

If an angel uses an emote, They respawn to a random place on the map. this can be used to allow trapped angels a method of escape.

Most Angels have only their melee abilities, most Survivors have only boop abilities.
While looking at the angel, ensures that they cannot control their movement, Physics still apply.

Anna: sleep dart now causes angels to be able to move toward sleeping target.
Mei: wall blocks line of sight.
LW: still is largely useless except to the few players who are insane with petal placement.

Orisa can survive damage through her Armor
Zarya can survive damage through her bubble
Phara: no matter how much we nerf her she still wins way to much. She is essentially a meme character with plot armor I guess.
Brig: Shield does not protect you from anything.
