Overwatch 1 vs Overwatch 2 - Not just heroes

Overwatch 1 vs Overwatch 2 is a gamemode where you...uh...well, you play as close as I can get to Overwatch 1 against overwatch 2.
Team 1 has 6 members, 2-2-2 role split, Overwatch 1-esque health pools, loses ult charge entirely when swapping heroes, and has all heroes made for Overwatch 1 who weren't majorly reworked for or during Overwatch 2.
Team 2, however, has only 5 members, missing one of the two tanks. This side has the heroes' full current health pools, keeps ult charge on swap like is normal in Overwatch 2, and has every new or majorly reworked hero for Overwatch 2.

V2 is bringing a wave of balance changes meant to level the playing field! This is tricky to work with, as the OW1 team is incredibly hard to break, but once they start to crack the fight is practically over. My goal here is to eliminate prominent issues from both sides where possible, and give a few new advantages to OW2's side. Patch notes below.

OW1

Reinhardt:

  • Barrier Field recharge rate reduced to 90%
  • Fire Strike cooldown increased to 110%

Zarya:

  • Increased Barrier cooldown to 110%
  • Decreased Graviton Surge generation rate to 90%
  • Decreased damage dealt to 90%
  • Increased mag size to 125%

OW2

Doomfist & Junker Queen:

  • Max HP increased to 600
  • JQ Healing dealt increased to 105%

DPS

OW1

Junkrat:

  • Damage reduced to 90%

Widowmaker & Hanzo:

  • Damage reducd to 90%

OW2

Bastion:

  • Increased A-36 Tactical Grenade knockback to 105%
  • Decreased cooldown of A-36 Tactical Grenade to 90%
  • Increased damage dealt to 105%

Sojourn:

  • Damage dealt increased to 105%
  • Railgun charge rate increased to 110%
  • Disruptor Shot and Power Slide cooldowns reduced to 90%

Sombra:

  • Increased movement speed to 105%
  • Decreased movement gravity to 95%
  • Increased EMP generation to 105%

Venture:

  • Max HP increased to 300

Support

OW1

Lucio:

  • Increased Soundwave cooldown to 150%
  • Decrased Soundwave knockback to 95%
  • Decreased Sound Barrier generation rate to 90%

OW2

Illari:

  • Increased Captive Sun charge rate to 110%
  • Increased healing dealt to 110%

Lifeweaver:

  • Increased Lifegrip & Healing Blossom range to 110%
  • Descresed Rejuvinating Dash cooldown to 85%
  • Increased Rejuvinating Dash healing to 110%
  • Increased damage dealt to 110%
  • Increased healing dealt to 105%
