Based off of a recent Yeatle video I wanted to see how it would be to have Ball be a DPS

Changes made:

Health is now a max of 300 with 50 being armor and 75 being shields (which leaves 175 being normal heallth)!

Grappling Claw is now a 3 second cooldown as opposed to a 5 second cooldown

Piledriver now has a 6 second cooldown as opposed to a 8 second cooldown

Minefield now needs 25% more ult charge
