imagine if it was possible to access the 2023 april fools mode
why does it have the April fools content

you probably selected the wrong mode, as on the game mode screen there are duplicate game modes (one for normal play and one for april fools. blizzard probably forgot to name them correctly however)
I think they removed the game mode containing the April Fools changes. However I don’t know when that was done and this game was likely not working since then because ( like you said ) I choose the wrong mode, which now doesn’t exist. Quick updated should fix it!
yeah, they removed it since they removed Community Crafted (which also replaced the april fools mode in custom games)
