Scatter Arrow: Resurgence

This game mode is a complete technical overhaul of the "Scatter Arrow Reborn" Workshop code. Because the original creator has not updated the code in three years, it has been rebuilt from the ground up to replicate Hanzo's original 2016 mechanics with total physical accuracy.

Key technical improvements include:

• Authentic Fan Spread: Projectiles now split in a true horizontal line rather than a circular pattern.

• Dynamic Geometry: Utilizing 3D vector mathematics, the scatter pattern accurately adapts its rotation based on the angle of incidence when hitting sloped walls, floors, or ceilings.

• Server-Time Synchronization: Projectile flight paths are calculated using absolute server time, eliminating lag-induced desync and slowdowns over long distances.

• Engine Fixes: Resolved initial hit-registration bugs to prevent projectiles from clipping into surfaces, and added out-of-bounds safeguards for server stability.
