Overwatch 2 Tank Doomfist Recreation

As the PVP beta of Overwatch 2 is now over I have now decided to move some things over from Overwatch 2 to Overwatch 1 to make Doomfist a tank, this has been done through the workshop and Overwatch lobby editor. Some things may be dodgy right now, for example, Doomfist's Seismic slam does not register damage properly, Doomfist cannot punch multiple people at once, and power block may be a little buggy, the activation of Seismic slam is a bit buggy meaning that it is delayed at slamming and can sometimes slam way before you intended to. Still a slow work in progress.
