Ultimates 2.0 by Raxxh#2543

This gamemode has been designed to profit more from switches, you don't get penalized that much because you don't lose your ultimate

• Upon game score change, resets the ult charge of everyone to 0%
• Upon switch, carries your ult charge according to the ultimate cost of your old and new champion, with a fixed penalty loss on the final result (25% by default, configurable).
• Upon spawn change for the defenders only (to prevent stagger and guarantee a full reset):
  • You have 10s (configurable) during which you can teleport to the new spawn (and re-mech if you're de-meched)
  • If you are dead, you instantly respawn to the new spawn
