Random Heros with one Echo guaranteed (PTR)

In this workshop it is a random hero deathmatch. If a player on the a team dies and they do not have an Echo they are guranteed to have an Echo on their team. Once that Echo dies the next person on that team to die will become Echo. This setting is enabled for both teams. This allows players to take full advantage of Echo without having to deal with teammates also wanting to play Echo.
