Even more balanced Overwatch - Tanks version

I love to mess around with abilities in Overwatch, I hope you have as much fun playing these modified tanks as I do! I will try to come up with ideas for every tank.
Here are the changes for every hero:
Doomfist (Enderfist)
Doomfist got inspired by Endermen
- Slam: Teleports every enemy hit upwards by 5 meters (don't use this to get into map terrain)
- Block: Teleports you to a random spawn point on the map
- Meteor Strike: Teleports all enemies hit to random spawn locations on the map
I know it's all pretty useless but I actually found it kind of funny
D.Va
D.Va got sick of being called 'Baby-Dva'
- Out of mech: Each elemination out of mech will increase D.Vas out of mech size by 7.5%, her damage and health by about 15%
- Passive will reset on death
- Ultimate: Ultimate charge reduced by 90% (she becomes undying without that, we tested it)
Might seem useless at first but can Snowball pretty hard actually
Junker Queen (Queen of Axes)
JQ forgot her ammo at home

- Jump height increased by 50%
- Movement speed increased by 25%
Primary fire: disabled
Knife: Cooldown reduced by 90%

Axe: Cooldown reduced by 90%
- Now bound to primary fire too
Commanding Shout: Cooldown decreased by 20%
Rampage: Speed and distance increased by 50%
You have to hit every axe in order to have no cooldowns at all
Orisa
Apache Orisa
- Fortify: Now reduces gravity by 75%
- Javelin Spin: Will now boost Orisa into facing direction (also works in air)
Face the air with the spin to get literally everywhere you want (even if it's pretty useless it's cool, right?)
Ramattra
Ramattra + Sombra = Fun

- Health readuced by 40%

Vortex
- Cooldown reduced by 20%
- Now hacks enemies
Annoying af but Perry told me to leave keep the change
Reinhardt
HAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA

- Movement speed increased by 20%
- Damage decreased by 10%
Barrier: Size decreased by 70%

Charge:
- Speed increased by 400%
- Steering speed decreased by 90%
- Duration reduced to 1.5s

Fire Strike
- Now applies a large knockback
- If fired in air, will apply a large backwards knockback to Reinhardt

Shatter
- Will now throw Reinhardt in the air when activated
- Reinhardt can press E again to apply a large impulse in the facing direction while in air (e.g. slam down faster)
Actually the most fun I ever had playing Reinhardt, and the only gamemode where he is meta again
Roadhog
Roadhog now smells

- Movement speed reduced by 5%
- Player size increased by 25%
Smell passive: Roadhog now does 8 damage per second in a 5m radius and heal himself by 5 hp per player in his smell range, if not damaging an enemy, he receives 4 damage per second
Hook: Cooldown reduced by 40%
Even more annoying than real hog now
Trump Sigma
"And the mexicans are gonna pay for it"
Floating (Passive): Grativity reduced by 75% while holding jump key (space)
Barrier: Size increased by 900%
