My latest version of an Overwatch Workshop bullet hell team vs team battle mode - supports up to 12 players. Two teams shoot an avalanche of projectiles at each other. Dodge walls of bullets, while trying to score hits on the enemy team.
Not mentioned in the video, you can press the interact button to switch from the default unlocked camera angle, to a locked camera angled found traditional bullet hell games.
